What happens after the trial?
After 14 days you simply return to the free Nümia Planner. You're never charged automatically and nothing is lost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What if I cancel: do I lose my data?
No. You keep your whole planner on the free plan.
How does student verification work?
Enter your university email and confirm the 6-digit code we send. Status lasts 12 months; we'll remind you to re-verify.
Do I ever pay for AI credits?
No. Vera is included under a fair-use policy for personal planning.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. They process payment, VAT and invoices.
