Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of our terms of service. It applies to everyone using Nümia, on any plan.

General conduct

· No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
· No infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
· No harassing, threatening, or abusive content directed at others.
· No uploading content you do not have the right to store.

Technical limits

· No malware, probing, penetration testing, or attacks on our systems.
· No scraping, automated bulk extraction, or excessive load.
· No reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.
· No circumventing plan limits, paywalls, or student verification.
· No sharing one account across multiple people.

Using Vera, our AI assistant

· No generating illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware.
· No attempts to bypass safety measures or extract system instructions.
· No using Vera's output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice — it can be inaccurate and is not a substitute for a professional.
· Do not enter other people's sensitive personal data into the assistant.

Reporting and enforcement

Report a violation to contact.numiaplanner@gmail.com. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, limit AI access, suspend the account, or terminate it. Serious or repeated violations lead to termination without refund beyond what the law requires.
