Nümia
Together — plan with friends

Find the time everyone actually has.

You know the drill: forty messages in the group chat, three calendars nobody shares, and dinner that never happens. Together is the shared-planning space inside Nümia Planning that fixes the logistics — without anyone seeing your life.

Invite your people, see the green windows where everyone is free, vote on the best time, and turn “we should totally do this” into an actual plan.

Invite

Invite friends, your way

No public profiles, no searching for strangers. Together starts with the people you actually know.

  • Invite by email

Type a friend's email and send the invite. They accept, you're connected — that's the whole ritual. Nobody can find or add you without your say-so.

  • Circles for each group

Your flatmates, your uni crew, your family — each circle gets its own invite link, its own sharing choices, and its own wishlist. A person can be in several circles, and sharing is always per circle.

  • Free plan friendly

The free plan includes up to five connections and one circle, so you can try it tonight with the people you message most. Nümia with Vera removes the limits — and nothing is ever deleted if you switch back.

Privacy

Share your availability, not your life

Together is built around one promise: your friends never see your planner. What they read is a separate, stripped-down picture of when you're busy — and you control exactly how much it says.

  • Busy blocks, not details

When you share free time with a circle, only busy blocks are published — derived from your calendar, refreshed automatically, and never stored as event details. Titles, notes and locations stay in your account.

  • Code names for sensitive things

Give each kind of event a code name of your choosing. “Doctor's appointment” can appear simply as “Busy”, while classes and shifts show as “Class” or “Work”. Different circles can see different levels of detail.

  • Present mode

Sharing your screen in class or at work? One switch instantly replaces every personal title on your own display with its code name, and turns back off when you're done. Nothing is edited or deleted.

  • Revocable, always

Stop sharing with a circle at any time and your availability disappears from their view immediately. You can also check “What friends can see” to preview your week exactly as they see it — before you share anything.

Heatmap

A free-time heatmap, not forty screenshots

Instead of everyone posting screenshots of their calendar, the heatmap overlays your circle's busy blocks on one week — and the times where everyone is free simply glow green.

  • Best times, listed for you

Windows where the whole circle is free are outlined and listed above the grid, so the answer to “when works?” takes seconds, not days. You see counts and colour only — never a name attached to a busy block.

  • Sanity windows across time zones

Friends abroad or on night shifts are converted to your clock automatically. Hours outside each person's awake window are dimmed and never suggested, so nobody gets invited to dinner at 3 AM their time.

  • Eight-week rolling window

Only the next eight weeks of availability are ever published, computed from the events already in your planner. Change an event and the heatmap quietly refreshes.

Polls

Ranked polls that actually pick a time

When a group can't agree, don't start a debate — start a poll. Everyone votes, the math does the rest.

  • Yes, If needed, No

Pick two to five candidate times and send the link. Everyone votes “Yes”, “If needed” or “No” per option. A time the whole group can live with beats one that's perfect for some and impossible for others.

  • Guests can vote too

Friends without an account can vote from the link by typing their name. They only ever see the candidate times — never anyone's calendar, never the heatmap.

  • One tap locks it in

When the votes are in, the creator locks the winning slot. The event lands in every participant's planner as a normal event they can edit, with an undo toast — and the poll closes itself.

Wishlists

The wishlist: where ideas become plans

Every circle has a shared wishlist for the things you keep talking about — “see the new film”, “try the taco spot”, “day trip to the coast”. When a green window shows up, drag the idea straight onto it and it becomes a poll or a confirmed plan, keeping the idea linked so it leaves the list once it's done.
